In the early days of FreshBuzzer, phone numbers were shared across multiple buildings if possible. The building's phone number is then used to determine which FreshBuzzer account to route a call to.
This is a legacy setup and your account will show a
Shared indicator next to your phone number. Feel free to open a ticket if you wish to change to a dedicated phone number.
Should you have moved, or the building changed it's phone number, you can add the new phone number to your account in the
Call Routing section. Note that some buildings will start hiding their caller ID and might not be able to be added.
