FreshBuzzer can automatically sync all your guest's stays from your booking calendar(s).
Depending on the information available for each booking you can choose between the following options:
- Generate codes based on the guest's phone number (last 4 digits) - requires phone number or 4 digits to be published in the calendar
- Generate random codes
Option 1 of using the last 4 digits of the phone number is often the preferred option as it can be easily added to automated guest communications.
However, should the phone number or last 4 digits not be available - or if you prefer random codes for additional security - FreshBuzzer will generate one for each guest automatically. You can then share that code with your guest, which is especially useful if you have some other manual steps for each booking as well (e.g. signing of an agreement, house rules etc).
Note: If you have a smart lock integrated with your Host Management System and it automatically generates and communicates a code there, please reach out. FreshBuzzer would like to offer pulling codes directly from smart locks.
